August 27 Loving lifeOur new place rocks!! Dave and I found ourselves the perfect spot in a perfect little basement suite...well, it's not that little-lol-in view royal. We bought a canoe from Dave's cousin-and go in off our dock in the portage inlet!! :o) After removing the living room window to get our furniture in-our stuff fits in here perfectly...hehehe And Dave is loving having is NFL channel...lol...So if you havent come to see it ye-you should!
Im also excited about school...classes start next week-and Im actually looking forward to it :o) And I won't be working during the week...so it will be a big change for me....but a nice change!
I hope everyone had a great summer...and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts :o)
XOXO August 08 Moving outWell...last night was the last night in my room. *sigh* It's so exciting...but sad all at the same time!! After many years in this room...wow I sure had a lot of pictures to take off the walls. Don't worry-I didnt throw any of them out-they will be kept just in case they are needed down the road for the blackmail opportunities...hahaha I still have a lot of packing up to do in here....so many memories being put away in boxes...who knows when they will come out again!! We will all have to get together and check everything out...like we did that time at Dea's with Chinese food and photo albums :o) hehe Feel free to leave a comment on your favorite memory at my house...lol...so many to choose from-but it would be nice to know what people remember!! haha XOXO July 31 CAMPINGIm so excited about this weekend. Dave and I are heading up to Nitinat River to go camping :o) The spot we go is about 20mins past the north end of Cowichan Lk on the logging rd! It's so private and peaceful...and FREE! I hate paying for camping-so this spot rocks!! It's too bad none of our friends want to come....cause it's gonna be fun :o) We're gonna go for a daytrip, prob on Sun, to the Carmana Valley and do some exploring. But my cousin Brigit will be coming along, and Im looking forward to have her hanging out with us!! Maybe next time more people will get off their butts and come enjoy the wilderness with us...hehe XOXO February 27 New starts are greatI am just so very happy...it's amazing how things work out!! School is...so-so...surviving in everything but history class. Work is going well...tax time....so let's see how much I owe-hopefully school and work will balance out so I dont have to fork out too much cash to the studid government!! lol And well my love life...is booming! Luv ya hun...so glad we met---you are Mr. Wonderful and I am very grateful to have you in my life!!  January 15 new year-new start? hmmmI dont have much time to write in here...but today I am stuck at home with a horrible flu. At this point, I would rather be dead than lying here feeling this crappy! My family has all taken off to go visit my gramma in duncan...so Im home alone...Been home alone all day. I didnt sleep at all last night cause my tummy had me up and running to the bathroom every 20mins...at least today it was only 1-2hrs, so I had some time to nap :o(
Jan isnt over yet...still time to start fresh. Concentrate more on school...(good start by missing all my classes today)...and concentrate on getting what I want out of life!
Lana and Kirst are both getting ready to pop out their babies...we are all so excited :o) Leslie is getting ready to move back to Victoria...it will be SO nice to have her home again! Now I just need Amers to move back from Halifax too...hehe Maybe someday!! Nicole is all settled in her new house in Ont...I miss ya so much hun!! Always thinking about ya tho-and looking forward to planning a road trip this summer!!
My goal this year is to find happiness...not not just temp. happiness...im tired of only being good enough to be a mistress and im ready to be appreciated. I know what I want...and someday I will find it :o) Until then...Im just working on myself...hehe Aqua-fit classes are fun-we need to go more often Carla!!

XOXO November 27 SNOW!Just heading out to play in the beautiful snow with my doggy Gracie!!!  I took some pics this morning of the first snow-fall this year!! Camping out in Sooke this past weekend was fun...it started snowing Sat night...at least we made it home yesterday...but now my car ain't going anywhere!! Gonna take the bus into town later and party it up...enjoy the snow...be safe!! November 03 san fran?It's that time of year...lol. Im turning a quarter-century yr old on sunday! hehe But I am having my bday party on Sat night at tim's house. Although...I think I would rather be in San Fransisco where a certain boat is....*sigh* Dec 8th wont come close enough...lol...BAD ABBIE. Im not allowed to think these thoughts...it's wrong!!!
 hehehe School isnt going very well...Im doing a horrible job in bio and hist *sigh* I just dont do well at things when Im not happy with everything else...my emotions get in the way... The party at Tim's will be good tho...I'll put a smile on my face and have fun  My mommy made me a bday cake to bring along...hehe Im just sitting here waiting for class to start...computer science is the only class im doing really well in...cause it's soooo easy...
I have 3 papers, and one midterm due next week....gonna be a long weekend. *groan*

TTYLXOXO October 19 midterm timeFigured I would finally brake-down and write something! lol Keep an update on what has been going on the past few weeks :o) On October 7th, I went to go see the Black Eyed Peas concert with karin, randy, and some of his friends. Rihanna and Swollen Members opened for them!! It was a very upbeat show...we had tons of fun!! I especially had fun getting to sing on a mic with Black Eyed Peas :oD William thru me his mic during the last song and Karin and i sag to "jump around"-yes, by house of pain...lol it was SO much fun, prolly one of the coolest things to happen in my life ever so far!! hahaha
Since then I have been working every weekend with the kids in esq....keeping me busy :o) School is going good....no marks under a B yet!! :oD even a few 100%ers too!! hehehe It's midterms this time right now....i have my last midterm on monday for biology....it's multiple choice so i hope it goes well :o) These good marks would mean so much more if I had someone to bring them home to and show(other than my parents), someone to reward me...and when I apllied to Uvic...I had that...so it's just not what i had hoped for...oh well.
So yeah...no love life...well...nevermind...sticking with no! lol dont wanna get anyone in trouble...hahaha Just enjoying having Leslie here...we have been going out on the weekends and having a great time dancing the nights away :oD She's staying for a while still....she was going to go back after my bday in Nov, but now that JP got accepted to come to Vic for Christmas, she might stay till then-unsure yet!! :o) Im happy to have her if she stays....hehehe
My class starts in 30mins...maybe i should actually do some reading before hand....going to be a midterm review class today :o) I have to babysit tonight for Elana...so easy...hehehe She's such a sweetheart!!
